Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, as olive oil is a consumable food item and cannot be resold once opened.
Shipping Errors
Malaki Oil is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
